A team worth staying for.
We're a team in Adelaide and Melbourne that works across Australia and New Zealand. We hire deliberately. When the work calls for a role and we've found someone we want to work with for years, we make the offer. If that's the kind of team you'd want to be part of, the page below tells you what we do, who we are, and what's open right now.

The work
Fleet leasing and management. People who pick up the phone.
We manage fleets and novated leases for Australian businesses, councils, agencies, NDIS providers and not-for-profits. Most of the team is in Adelaide and Melbourne ; some are out on the road in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. The work is a mix of customer-facing consultancy (account management, novated consultancy, procurement), operational fleet management (servicing approvals, accident handling, end-of-lease, reporting), and the technology and finance work that sits underneath it all.
The day-to-day rhythm is steady, there's a real fleet on the other side of every conversation, and the consultant relationship is what most of our long-tenured customers stay for. People who like making decisions, taking ownership and being trusted to do the work tend to stay.
The team
What you'd notice in your first month
Four things our team would tell you about working here, before they'd tell you anything about the company.
A small team where decisions are yours to own
No twelve-layer hierarchy. You'll meet the Managing Director in your first week. If you've got an idea about how to do something better, the conversation about doing it happens that day, not next quarter.
Long lasting customer relationships, by design
Our consultants don't churn through accounts. You'll be working the same fleets for years if you stay, getting to know the way each customer actually runs their operation. The retention rate is real because the relationships are.
Modern tools, not legacy debt
The platform was rebuilt around AI in the last few years. Day-to-day work happens on tools that are designed to make your job easier. Internal systems are tidy, integrations are sensible, and the IT team is responsive.
Flexible work, time respected
Hours are sensible. Leave is honoured. We don't celebrate burnout or "going the extra mile" as a personality trait. We do celebrate good work and commitment to our customers, and we celebrate cake, sometimes for no specific reason.
What we look for in candidates
Most roles at StreetFleet need a particular combination of customer instinct, attention to detail and willingness to own the outcome. Industry experience matters less than the right disposition. We've hired people from outside the fleet category who turned out to be excellent consultants; we've also hired industry veterans who fit straight in. The interview process is about figuring out which of those is in front of us.
What helps:
- A customer-first mentality, not as a script, but as a way of working
- Ability to take ownership of a problem and run it to a conclusion without escalation theatre
- Comfort with numbers, fleet costing, FBT, financial concepts
- Willingness to learn the category if you're new to it
- Ability to push back constructively when you think there could be a better way. Asset notes: None, text block.
Current openings
We don't have any roles open right now. We post when we hire, and we hire when the work calls for it. Follow us on LinkedIn if you'd like to see roles when they go live, or send a CV to careers@streetfleet.com.au and we'll keep it on file, we genuinely look at speculative applications when we're hiring, especially for Fleet Management Consultant and Novated Consultant roles in Adelaide and on the eastern seaboard.
When roles are open: This section becomes a list of current vacancies with title, location, posting date, and a link to the full role description.
