From first car choice to keys in your hand.
The whole process from choosing your car and applying to driving away usually takes between two and six weeks from quote to delivery, depending on availability. Most of the work happens in the first two weeks while we source the car and set up your salary packaging arrangement. The page below walks through each stage in detail, with timing, who does what, and what to expect.

Process
Four stages from start to end of lease.
The four stages are Choose, Apply, Drive and End of term. Each has its own rhythm and timing. The first two are where most of the setup happens: vehicle selection, quote, finance approval, payroll setup, delivery. Once you're driving the car, the service runs quietly in the background until the lease reaches its end.

Stage one
Choose. The car has to come first.
The first thing we need is the car or setting a budget so we can put together a meaningful quote. New cars can be sourced through our national dealer network with fleet pricing and GST savings applied eligible cars. Used cars can come through a verified dealer or private sellers with the right checks in place. If you've already got the car, we can run a sale-and-leaseback at market valuation subject to some conditions.
Stage two
Apply. Now we can quote you properly.
With the car chosen, the quote stage takes between two and seven business days. We put together the quote based on your salary, the chosen car, your expected annual kilometres and the lease term. The quote shows an indicative regular figure (weekly, fortnightly or monthly to match your pay), and what it does to your take-home pay. If the numbers work, we run the finance application. At the same time we work with your employer's HR or payroll team to set up the lease and organise the pay deduction.

Stage three
Drive. The service runs quietly in the background.
Once you've got the keys, the day-to-day is simple. One regular payment comes out of your pay on whatever cycle you're already on, covering finance, fuel, servicing, tyres, registration and comprehensive insurance. The fuel card arrives within 10 business days of the car being delivered. Servicing is easy: when it falls due, book it in with your local service centre. The Digital Drivers Guide lives on your windscreen via the QR sticker, so everything to do with the car and the lease is one scan away.
Stage four
End of term. Three options, three months out.
Three months before your lease ends, your consultant will reach out with options and a current valuation of the car. You don't have to do anything in advance; the conversation is timed so you've got room to think. Most drivers either roll into a new lease with a new car or buy the car at the residual value.
