You can use our preferred provider (Allianz, sourced at fleet rates with policy features designed for novated and leased vehicles), or take out your own. If you take cover through StreetFleet, the premium rolls into your regular payment: one bill, one provider, one claims contact.
Claims process
One call. We help where we can.
If you have an accident, lodge it with your insurer first. If you've added Streetfleet's accident management as an optional product, call our 24/7 hotline and we'll coordinate at-scene support, the towing, the repairer and any third parties involved, and keep you updated through to vehicle return. What you do:
- Lodge the claim with your insurer (Allianz: 1300 402 030, or your own insurer if you brought one)
- Provide vehicle details, your details, and a description of what happened
- If you have Streetfleet accident management, we coordinate with the insurer, the repairer and any third parties
- The vehicle is repaired or reinstated, or paid out to market value / lease payout in a total loss
A note about our role as broker.
Streetfleet acts as an introducer / broker for an Australian Financial Services Licensee in arranging your insurance cover. Under that arrangement, the Financial Services Guide (FSG) is a document we're required to provide before any insurance is issued. It explains the parties involved, the products we can offer, how we (and the licensee) are remunerated, and the complaints handling procedures available to you.
